Terms of Services

1. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older or have a legal guardian’s consent to use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide decoration setup, takedown, equipment rental, and optional storage services.

3. Booking and Payments

Services can be booked online or by phone
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking
Final payment is due before or upon service delivery
Tax and service fees may apply
Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur a 5% weekly late fee.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and protect our team’s time and resources, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

7 or more days before scheduled service: No fee. Full refund or 100% of the payment can be applied as credit toward a future booking. 3 to 6 days before scheduled service: 50% of the total contract price will be retained as a cancellation fee. This covers lost scheduling opportunities and preparation efforts.
Less than 72 hours before scheduled service: 100% of the contract price is non-refundable. By this time, labor and materials have been allocated and scheduling is finalized.
Weather-related exceptions: DecorNation reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of unsafe weather conditions. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued at our discretion.
Unsafe weather conditions may lead to rescheduling or a service credit at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service
Inform us of any known hazards or unstable surfaces
Secure pets and notify us of animals on the property
Avoid interfering with the installation or removal process
Not move or tamper with decorations after installation

6. Equipment

All decor remains the property of DecorNation unless specifically purchased by the client. Items are removed post-season unless storage is arranged. Damages due to misuse may result in replacement fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and designs are the intellectual property of DecorNation.

8. Prohibited Use

Clients agree not to:

Use our website or services for unlawful activities
Impersonate others or provide false information
Copy or reproduce our content without written consent

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any reason, including violation of these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from services or terms shall be resolved through arbitration in the state of Wisconsin. Class-action waivers apply.

11. Liability Disclaimer

DecorNation is not liable for injury or property damage resulting from unsafe site conditions or client interference with installed decorations or equipment.
