Some risk is inherent in outdoor decoration (e.g., heights, electricity). We take all reasonable safety measures.
While DecorNation prioritizes safety, some risks are inherent in working on private properties circuits

Clients agree to:

Provide a safe and hazard-free workspace
Inform us of any known safety risks (e.g., structural weaknesses, damaged shingles, or exposed wires)
Avoid moving or adjusting any equipment or decorations installed by DecorNation
Keep children, pets, and guests away from the work area during and after setup
Weather Delays & Uncontrollable Events

DecorNation is NOT liable for delays or damages caused by:

Any claims of damage must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion
Supporting documentation, including photos, is required
If DecorNation is at fault, we will assess the situation and may offer repair or reimbursement

DecorNation carries general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.
